- Exams are required for Life, Accident & Health or Sickness, Property, Casualty, Personal Lines, Surplus Lines, Title and Bail Bond, and not required for Variable Life and Annuity, Car Rental, Credit, Pet, Travel, Legal, Self Storage or Group Mortgage Cancellation.
- Pre-licensing education
- Applicants must complete pre-licensing education. No hour count is printed on this page.
- Fingerprints and background check
- Applicants for every exam-required line must have fingerprint impressions taken through the state's Live Scan electronic fingerprint process, operated by IdentoGO.
- How to apply
