Depends on your state. About 17 states (including CA, FL, NY, GA) require state-approved pre-licensing education before you can sit for the exam. Most other states — including Texas — require you to pass the exam but don't mandate formal PLE. Our Texas insurance license exam prep course is built for that path. If your state requires PLE, you'll need to take a state-approved PLE course separately — we flag this clearly on every state's page.

Retake the real exam. Many states let you retake as soon as you pay the exam fee again. Our course stays with you — come back, study the sections you missed, and try again. If you feel the course itself let you down, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

For exam prep in states that don't require state-approved pre-licensing education, no provider approval is required — and our exam-prep courses are built specifically for those states. We have CE filings pending with the Texas Department of Insurance and the South Carolina Department of Insurance; we'll publish CE bundles once those approvals are issued.
