Insurance Producer exams are required for Life, Accident & Health or Sickness, Property, Casualty, Personal Lines, Credit, Crop, Legal Expense, Bail Bonds and Surety, and not required for Portable Electronics, Self-Service Storage, Title, Travel or Variable Life and Variable Annuity. Public Adjuster requires an exam; Surplus Lines Producer does not.
Fingerprints and background check
Supporting documents go through NIPR's Attachments Warehouse where a background question is answered yes. No vendor is named.
