State exam
Resident Producer exams are required for Life, Accident & Health, Property, Casualty and Personal Lines, and not required for Variable Life and Annuity, Credit, Crop and Hail, Funeral Director or Title.
Fingerprints and background check
This page states no fingerprint or criminal background check requirement for Indiana resident applicants. Supporting documents are required through NIPR's Attachments Warehouse only where a background question is answered yes.
